Clickbait will make you rich

How to write great hooks

read time 3 minutes

Let’s gooo! It’s Friday you know what that means: zai in your inbox. The weekend is almost here and I’m all for it. 🌱

Some of you may have noticed that my 𝕏 activity has dropped over the last week (a couple of you actually DM’ed me to check in, thank you!).

The reason I’ve been taking it a little easier is because I needed time to build behind the scenes. Working on an Academy for any and all of you to become Content Creators, give you all the tools you need to succeed and grow.

Over the past month, I’ve managed to create revenue streams following my 𝕏 success that netted me over $8,500. This is something that any and all of you can achieve. 6 months ago I was nowhere. Trust me, it’s possible and I’ll show you how.

On top of that, going viral brought me a lot of new clients, August was booked out FAST. I took on 4 more clients for private coaching. For september I’m looking to add ONE more, all the other places have been booked up. If you’re interested in coaching to grow and monetise your 𝕏 click here 👇

Anyway, here’s your favourite read before the weekend, The Growth Guide.

🌱 Clickbait will make you rich

Did you like that title? You did right…?

Let me explain how clickbait will make you rich because it is a little more nuanced. You need clickbait for people to click but always make sure you make good on your promise.

There’s many, many opportunities out there right now to make a living on 𝕏 and there’s countless ways to monetise. Last week I showed you that at the basis of all of this is one thing: viral content.

But if we take it one step furhter… how do you actually hook people in to read or watch your viral content? It’s exactly that, you need a good hook. The hook is the most important AND the most difficult part of a piece of content. Let’s look at how you construct a sick hook.

My favourite hook templates has three parts:

  • Strong statement

  • Challenge

  • Solution

The strong statement is meant to be a scroll-stopper. It has to invoke immediate emotion. Something extreme usually works very well. Don’t be scared and just try out things.

The second part is the challenge, this is where you relate your content to the reader. In the above example I played into the fact that a lot of people want to become millionaires (or just earn money) on 𝕏.

In the third part, you present your solution or your plan. What’s important here is to use an open loop and play into the problems or desires of the reader once more.

So as you can see, clickbait is necessary to have people click your content. Content on 𝕏 is heavily saturated and you need to make people stop scrolling.

And always remember: it’s okay to use clickbait as long as you make good on your promise.
